Gayle is President of Christensen Dental Consulting of Minnesota, an independent dental management consulting firm. She's the founder of the Dental Administrative Symposium Annual Conference across the Mid-west with expansion plans for all 50 states in the future. Gayle is a member of the ADMC (Academy of Dental Management Consultants).

In 1999, Gayle joined the SCN (Speaking and Consulting Network), an annual conference of independent speakers, consultants and authors.
